Information

The Rodin International Artists Foundation is a non-profit organization that specializes in the development of international public art education and promotes the collection, placement, exhibition, research and academic exchange of public interest art works in several international cities, museums, art galleries and national parks. The foundation has established a wide range of business relationships with 12 museums and art institutions around the world and has established clubhouses including France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, China, Japan and others. The foundation is headquartered in Philadelphia (USA) while its office is located on the 20th floor of the Rockefeller Building in New York City. It has 3 international artists’ collaboration teams and nearly 100 famous international artists.

The purpose of the Rodin International Artists Foundation is to explore and promote the development of international public interest art education with a forward-looking perspective, promote the interaction and exchange among international artists and enhance the aesthetic standards of international public interest arts education. The Foundation Arts Bureau project includes regular arrangements for international artists to live in the United States, free short-stay visits to the United States, and admission to art exhibitions, lectures and seminars. These functions train, guide, and enhance public interest in the arts through paintings, sculpture, drama, music, dance, martial arts, literature and calligraphy, and offer artistic appreciation and charity dedication.

The Foundation’s recently completed charity arts projects include two large bronze art relief sculptures in front of the Museum of American Revolution History: Washington Crossing the Delaware and Signers of the Declaration of Independence. Each sculpture is 3 meters high, 6 meters wide and weighs about 1500 pounds. Both sculptures are recreations of their eponymous oil paintings by Emanuel Leutze (1851) and John Trumbull (1819) respectively.

Public welfare arts projects currently under planning, construction and installation:

  1. Marble Reliefs, Scene at the Signing of the Constitution of the United States. 3.2 meters high, 6.2 meters wide and weighing about 14.5 tons soon to be placed on the first floor lobby of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The sculpture is based on Howard Chandler Christy’s oil painting of the same name from 1940.
  2. Large Marble Relief, The First Thanksgiving 1621. 3.2 meters high, 6.2 meters wide and weighing about 14.8 tons, the work is being negotiated with the New York’s Statue of Liberty Museum and recommended by the National Park Service.
